UK: England and Wales: Law Commission seeks views on law reform programme - should corporate liability be included?

The Law Commission for England and Wales has published a list of topics which it believes may benefit from consideration as part of its 12th programme of law reform: see here. Corporate liability is included and the Commission would like to know if there is support for a full project in which consideration would be given to whether the question of liability should move away from the identification doctrine to focus on other models including, for example, harm arising from a blameworthy corporate culture. Further information is available here (pdf).
